Una persona guadava un amico un camminare sulla spiaggia e si accorse che oltre alle sue orme che si lasciava alle spalle sulla sabbia ce ne erano al suo fianco altre due, l'amico non credeva ai suoi occhi... Poi lungo il cammino le impronte tornavano solo quelle dell'amico e così via fino che non lo vide più... Un giorno incontrandosi gli raccontò ciò che aveva visto... L'amico gli rispose, hai visto bene Dio camminava al mio fianco... E quando vedevi un solo paio d'impronte era perché mi teneva in braccio!!!

To the choirmaster.
A psalm of David.
Hear my voice, O God, in my complaint; preserve my life from dread of the enemy,
hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, from the scheming of evildoers,
who whet their tongues like swords, who aim bitter words like arrows,
shooting from ambush at the blameless, shooting at him suddenly and without fear.
