Yes, laughter is the anitdote to the tragedy this program is meant to be. 😊

I find just talking to a number of people about all kinds of subjects grounds me and I have a fellow targeted person I hang out with almost every Sunday. We like to eat out and go on road trips. We understand each other’s pain and believe each other - which is in itself comforting. We like to connect with nature snd enjoy the beauty God created. And we laugh. We also check in on each other. It makes all the difference when you are being violated and tortured by DEWs!

This made me cry…. I used to laugh all the time. I used to always make jokes- I was fun before. I used to love singing….

Now I am different. The last time I sang was during my pregnancy and when my daughter was a baby.

I have changed completely since the targeting of my daughter - her life was the last hope I had left.

Try to make an effort, one minute at a time.

My son was my life’s project as well.

The criminals took it all.

But the tables will soon turn.

My recommendation: watch with your daughter innocent old-time cartoons such as the Flintstones.

When I became chronically ill I watched Fawlty Towers every night. Looks like Evelyn and I have the same sense of humor!

Also, natural killer cells fight cancer.

And it's so clear that the laughter we have is part of how we were created. Our Creator brought that wonderment into our being.

Laughter = good medicine 🤭 Especially when you can laugh at yourself. I’m sure we all share a memory or two when it was inappropriate but you just couldn’t hold back, making it even funnier.

Norman Cousins, political journalist & professor, authored several books. It includes, “Anatomy of an Illness”

published in 1979 where he laughed himself well facing a terminal illness.

A pioneer in the holistic movement.

Anything from The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. I find that I also strongly resonate with music from that era. Simply put it was a different world back then and I believe content from then to be a gateway of sorts. When implemented properly it serves as a very effective method for interfering with the Targeting Program from multiple aspects.

Informative, insightful writing as usual, Ana (and thank you, for everything).

Given my rather dry sense of humor, I find that Beavis and Butt-Head, the Arthur movies (Dudley Moore), and the pre-fight press conferences in the Rocky movies to be borderline side-splitting (or the episode of Seinfeld, whereupon entering his apartment, Jerry finds a Chunky wrapper on the floor, and somewhat indignantly exclaims "Newman!!!").

Finally, when I think about true justice, such as what the Lord inspired men to write in Psalm 37:13, it inspires me to pray not just for earthly justice, but also for THEIR souls.
